Ed and Hank
Very, Very, Very Short Interlude:
Sunday Night

Does your dawg bite?

By myeyesaintblue

Disclaimer: I know somewhere out there is a guy named Ed and a guy named Hank who at some point in their lives met the amazing Ms. Proulx and told them their story. Well, at least Hank did. Jack and Ennis belong entirely to Ms. Proulx. Technically, so do Ed and Hank. Still making millions.
Feedback: Always appreciated.

Thanks to  deviant_dev 's comment
on my previous post for the inspiration!

Hi Alice,

Thanks! Didn't know if the "Stella!" reference was well enough known these days. My age always shows...

Clap on, Clap off, Clap on, Clap off, Clap on, Clap off - THE CLAPPER!

I just read this whole story. Oh me-o, my-o. TOO funny. And somehow healing - cause Jack/Hank didn't really die and Ed wasn't really sad??? Ed and Hank are so real. I hope they are. I'm naming my next dog Stella.

LOL so great that is. I had a dog named "SuzyQBO bourbon fluffy, duffy, huey, lewy, doey. I loved calling her name but everyone thought I was totally nuts. Great, scene but I was hoping Ed and Hank had more class then a Clapper for a light. Oh well, so much for being stylish gay men. They are cowboys. LOL. Oh you crack me up with these and I just love them. Joe

Love the dog's name! I was thinking of naming a dog "Attica", but I thought it was too depressing. Would have been fun to yell for that dog though.

Ed and Hank's clapper was a gag gift from Ed's daughter. They laughed about it, but they secretly love it! Trust me, they're a lot more stylish than most cowboys out here.

Hey again,
Sorry, this is probably a uniquely american thing. They have terrible commercials on every year at x-mas. (I think they still do...) It's something you attach to lamps/etc somehow so that you can turn it on and off by clapping your hands. Thanks again for your great comments. I'm really glad you're enjoying Ed and Hank!
